Who is Tension 24?
We have been established since 1987 in Glen Waverley, Victoria. During that time we have developed comprehensive expertise within the tennis, squash, badminton, racquetball and table tennis industries.
Tension 24 is an Authorised Dealer of all the brands we sell.
We do not import or buy our racquets or strings from any source other than our long established suppliers here in Australia.

Tension 24 Warranty Policy
All products come with a minimum 12 month manufacturers’ warranty. If you have any warranty issues, simply contact us and we will handle your concerns.
Provided the damage to your product is within the manufacturers terms and conditions, Tension 24 will arrange your product to be replaced.
To organise a replacement, you must send the product back to us at your cost. We will have it assessed by the manufacturer and send you a replacement, if it meets the manufacturers’ terms and conditions. If a racquet is replaced under warranty, it will be with a factory string or as a frame, unstrung. Alternatively, we can string it for you at our standard string cost.
If you purchase a new product while your warranty is being assessed, we will refund your original purchase price if your claim is approved.

Tension 24 Online Return\Exchange Policy
We offer you a 14 day return, exchange or refund, provided your product has not been used. All products must be returned at your cost in the original manufacturers packaging as you received it from us.
After 14 days, Tension 24 will provide you with an exchange or a store credit to the value of your purchase.
Shipping charges for exchanges and\or credits will be at your cost.

Tension 24 Shipping Rates
Tension 24 uses Australia Post and couriers to deliver your order. Generally, we use a courier in the Melbourne metropolitan areas and Australia Post for regional, country and interstate areas.
Postage is calculated automatically on our website.

This is for phone or email orders only if you are not comfortable to provide your credit details on line. Simply send us an email with your order and how you wish to pay. Then deposit the money into our account. Upon confirmation of the deposit, we will then process your order.

Cash on Delivery. We can send your products by Australia Post and you pay the total (goods and postage) when you collect it. Please be aware COD is generally higher.
