About us
We have been established since 1987 in Glen Waverley, Victoria. We have been in our premises at 629 High Street Rd, Mt Waverley for almost 17 years, after being located in the Waverley area for over 40 years. We have many years of expertise within the tennis, squash, badminton, pickle, padel, racquetball, and table tennis industries.
We also stock an extensive range of shoes suited for all of these sports.
Tension 24 is a professional racquet store in Mt Waverley that is committed to providing you with genuine products that are most suited to your needs. We sell tennis, squash, badminton, pickleball, padel, table tennis and racquetball racquets.
Tension 24 is an Authorised Dealer of all the brands we sell.
We do not import or buy our racquets or strings from any source other than our long-established suppliers here in Australia.

Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
No, you can simply purchase products as a Guest. You will just need to fill in basic details and email.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders processed will take between 2-4 business days to arrive and Express postage is between 1-2 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email, including tracking number.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do! You can view our gift vouchers from the tab in the main menu. The gift voucher and code will be emailed to the desired recipient as well as an invoice to yourself.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, however you would need to email us as our website will not accept overseas purchases.
What is your return policy?
We offer you a 14 day return, exchange or refund, provided your product has not been used.
All products must be returned at your cost in the
original manufacturers packaging as you received it from us.
After 14 days, Tension 24 will provide you with an exchange or a store credit to the value of your purchase.
Shipping charges, transaction fees for exchanges and/or credits will be at your cost.
Warranties
When you shop with Tension 24, you can buy with confidence knowing we are an authorised retailer of every brand we stock. All products are backed by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us first so that we can arrange for you to return the product to our address listed below for inspection. Once we receive your item, our team or the manufacture will assess it within 7-10 business days.
If the fault is confirmed as a valid warranty claim, we will arrange a replacement (or other manufacturer-approved resolution), return the item to you.
If the issue is found not to be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, the item will be returned to you, and any shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
